RESULTS IN 4 WEEKS
This 4-week program is hands on with unique training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching to change those habits that have brought you to where you are today. Enough of feeling tired, weak and frustrated in clothes that don't fit!
FIT & LEAN PROJECT INCLUDES
Initial assessment with BodyComp, measurements and health history
Transformation package with all instructions/meal plans and journals
Up to 12 Training sessions in a small group setting
Weekly nutrition and accountability check-ins to keep you on track
Monthly measurement and body fat/lean muscle analysis

Positive and ready to finally start something you can sustain
Looking to get into the best shape of your life, have fun, and lose some weight in the process
Can dedicate 45-60 minutes, 2-3 times a week, to exercise
Willing to listen, follow instructions, and apply our coaching methods
